This website is operated by Sundholm Style. Access to and use of the website or any of its associated products or purchase services is provided by Sundholm Style. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. But using the website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms.
All Sundholm Style content, products and prices depicted on this website are subject to change without notice at any time. We make the best effort to display the images and descriptions of our products correctly, including the colours and care instructions. We do not provide price protection or a refund in the event of a price change or a promotional offering. Sundholm Style takes pride in ensuring that our advertised products are available, however, if discrepancies or technological faults do occur, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
All care instructions can be found on the label in the side seam of each garment as well as on each garment product description on our website.
All prices displayed on the Sundholm Style website are in AUD.
Exchanges and Refunds
Sundholm Style does not exchange or refund for change of mind. A refund will only be issued where the garment is deemed faulty or if an alternative size is unavailable for exchange. For all faulty returns, we will assess the fault and will either repair or replace the garment. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges will be granted if the following circumstances are met:
- The a different garment size is required.
- The garments are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all swing tags attached.
- The garments have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- You notify Sundholm Style via e-mail (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving the product. The garment must be sent within 7 days after return approval via e-mail. Garments received 7 days after approval will not be accepted.
- The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Garment returns or exchanges are to be sent to PO Box 17, Albany Creek, QLD, 4035.
Once your return is received, we will notify you via e-mail and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 30 business days (duration depends on your card provider) for your refund to appear in your account.
All purchases on sale items are final. Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Sundholm Style takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
The customer bares full cost of return postage in addition to the postage of their exchange item. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sundholm Style only retails and ships Australia wide. Orders will be sent via Australia Post using express service. Please allow 1 day processing time for orders (unless purchased as pre-order). Orders will be received the next business day after dispatch.
All shipping within Australia is free.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and unique tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
